We Offer
As part of the Investment Banking & Capital Markets (IBCM) Analyst Program, you will be placed in one of our industry or product groups where you will work with alongside industry and product bankers to provide capital markets and advisory services to our Investment Bank clients.
The Analyst Program begins with a five-week, robust training program designed to cover accounting, corporate finance, financial modeling, research and valuation techniques. The training program ensures that both those with Liberal Arts degrees and business degrees have the skills necessary be a strong performer. You will continue to learn and develop through ongoing training throughout the Analyst program. Mentorship opportunities help you identify your strengths and plan your career, while social activities, community service and networking events connect you with a range of people from across the firm.
Start date: July 2023
Academic requirements: You should be graduating from a university in December 2022 or May/June 2023.
Your field of responsibility
As a first-year Analyst, you will be a key contributor in the origination and execution of corporate finance and M&A transactions for domestic and foreign, and public and private entities. You will be responsible for developing financial models and presentations for pitches and live deal executions and supporting the Associates, VPs, Directors and Managing Directors you are staffed with.
